The ECCT was a co-organiser of the 2022 EU-Taiwan Electric Vehicle Conference together with the European Economic and Trade Office (EETO), the Ministry of Transportation and Communications (MOTC), the Industrial Development Bureau (IDB), under the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) and co-organised by the European Business & Regulatory Cooperation Program (EBRC), the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) and the Vehicle Safety Certification Center (VSCC)
The ECCT's annual Europe Day Dinner was attended by a capacity crowd of distinguished guests including President Tsai Ying-wen, Filip Grzegorzewski, Head of the European Union's (EU) European Economic and Trade Office (EETO) in Taiwan, senior government officials and executives from European and Taiwanese companies. At the dinner, speeches were given by President Tsai, the EETO head and the ECCT chairman.
A forum on the theme "Carbon pricing strategy of Taiwan: path to global net zero roadmap" (台灣碳定價策略：邁向全球淨零 論壇) was organised by the ECCT’s Low Carbon Initiative (LCI) together with Greenpeace (綠色和平), Business Weekly (商業周刊) and co-organised by the European Economic and Trade Office (歐洲經貿辦事處).
