Taiwan's export orders set a monthly record high in September 2020, rising by almost 10% from a year earlier, on the back of solid demand for consumer electronics, according to a news report on CNA, citing the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA).
Data compiled by the MOEA showed that export orders for September rose 9.9% from a year earlier to US$50.03 billion. It was the seventh consecutive month in which the country's export orders grew from a year earlier.
