Taiwan's AI industry expected to profit

DIGITIMES Research is forecasting a bright future for Taiwan's AI industry. A study expects AI server shipments to surpass 300,000 units by 2024, ushering in the era of edge AI.

 

The generative AI market alone could be worth US$109 billion by 2030, growing at an annual rate of 35%.

Intel and Samsung are ramping up investments in advanced technology, positioning Taiwan as a crucial player in the global AI market. Edge computing is expected to be the next wave, along with a surge in AI-generated content and applications, from PCs to smartphones.
