The Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) says people visiting family or friends in hospital will not be required to show proof of a same-day negative rapid test beginning tomorrow.

But Center head Victor Wang says people with coronavirus symptoms and those observing self-health monitoring or self-initiated epidemic prevention protocols should still refrain from visiting hospitals unless it is necessary. If there is a need, these persons will still need to provide a same-day negative coronavirus test result.

Still, the CECC is encouraging the public to limit physical hospital visits and uses video calls instead to check in on friends and relatives due to what it's describing as "the highly contagious environment."
