Polish parliamentary delegation in Taiwan

A delegation of Polish lawmakers is in Taiwan this week for a five-day visit. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs says the eight-member delegation is being led by Waldemar Andzel, the chair of Polish-Taiwanese Parliamentarian Group.
The ministry says the delegation will visit the Legislative Yuan, the offices of the foreign ministry, the National Development Council, and the Mainland Affairs Council.
The delegation will also be attending a reception hosted in its honour by Foreign Minister Joseph Wu. During the event, Wu is expected to award Andzel the Friendship Medal of Diplomacy for his help in enhancing bilateral ties over the years.
