Since the first edition of the printed version of Euroview was published in 1988 by the European Chamber of Commerce Taiwan, this bimonthly magazine has helped to generate greater commercial, trade and investment engagement between Taiwan and EU countries. From the public to the private sector and from traditional industries to cutting-edge sectors such as smart machinery and green energy, the benefits have been substantial.

The insightful and comprehensive market and other information provided through the Euroview magazine has contributed significantly, for instance, to making the EU the major source of foreign direct investment in Taiwan.

The launch of the online version of Euroview marks a major milestone that we greatly welcome as it will undoubtedly expose this valuable publication to a much larger potential audience and in turn multiply its positive effects and benefits.

I would therefore like to express, on behalf of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and the government of Taiwan, our warmest congratulations and best wishes as Euroview enters a brand new era.
